A scenic walking path runs along the nearby lake, starting from the beach located about 300 meters from the lodge and continuing for approximately 1.5 kilometers.

From the lake area there is also an established hiking trail leading up to Glitregga mountain (1297m) , where several hiking routes of different difficulty levels can be found.
